[The following is from Regina's (TWoP) latest recap, from "The Getaway"]. By the way, production team? You might have wanted to double-check the street before you re-shot the "car peeling 'round the corner" segment. The skid marks from the first, second, and third times you shot the scene were still glaringly apparent the fourth time around. You know. In case you were wondering whether or not we paid attention to that shit."
Noticed by Regina. Thanks! : )
In "The Getaway", when Syd and Vaughn are running from the restaurant down the stairs and into the alley, Syd is wearing flat shoes. After Vaughn takes out Kane's agents, she is wearing high heels.
Noticed by kmolina. Thanks! : )
In the beginning of "The Getaway" after Sydney picks up her Dad and they go to the CIA, her hair is curled at the ends. Then she gets paged by SD-6 and she goes through the security (red light thing), her hair is straight. She walks passed Kane and her associate and then goes into the meeting with Sloane, Marshall, and Dixon, her hair is curled again. Now unless she carries a curling and straightening iron in her purse . . . (I believe it to be footage from "Trust Me" used again).
Noticed by Lisa and Beth, Vartan Ho #608. Thanks! : )
When Vaughn is typing up his mission debrief in 2.12 The Getaway, MV is not typing. He is swimming, or massaging the keyboard. Of course people are too busy looking at his handsome visage to notice, but I thought it was pretty funny.
Noticed by silencer. Thanks! : )
In a moment of sheer genius on the part of the Alias editors, Souris noticed one of the dumbest ABC monkey-ridden mistakes I've personally ever seen. I mean how dumb do you have to be. Seriously. Check out Vaughn's, misspelled name on his license photo from "The Getaway".
Sent by Souris and noticed by someone on sd-1! . Thanks! : )
When Syd and Vaughn are on their date and scAriana's henchmen are in the car analyzing Vaughn's picture, we of course pan across and see what they're looking at in their car ("Check the US DMV" "What makes you think he's American?" "What makes you think he isn't?"), they already have his Drivers License pulled up on the screen. This is before they do their picture analysis. Ooops.
Noticed by Mush. Thanks! : )
The Abduction: Editing Goof: When Syd and Marshall break into the third floor right before the guards start talking, Syd grabs the front of Marshall's arm with her right hand. Then quickly the camera cuts to a back shot of Syd and Marshall and Syd grabs the back of Marshall's arm with her right hand. This was most definitely an editing error...those things happen...
The Counteragent: Stunt Double Citing: When Sydney is starting to fight the Japanese guy, her hand has that white paint on it ... but when they go to the shot of "her" hand slinging out that weapon, those hands are a normal color and don't have any touch of white paint on them. It is definitely a different person doing that scene.
A Higher Echelon: Editing Goof: After Sydney saves Marshall and gaurds start shooting at them through the door and Sydney shoots back leaving bullet holes all over the doors...well when marshall runs over to get the chair to throw out the window there is NOT even one bullet hole in the doors...again this is most definitely an editing error...

In 2.05 (The Indicator), Marshall gives Sydney a tube of lip balm with little camera dealies that shoot out of it. When he's showing it to Sydney and Dixon in the SD-6 conference room, the camera is pointing out so that it makes his face look all funny on the monitor, and he is QUITE amused by this. When on her mission in Hungary, Sydney uses the cameras to have Dixon check around corners from the van, and when she shoots out the mini-cameras, they embed into the walls/ceiling/wherever prong-side first so the camera is then usable. What, did Marshall just put the cameras in backwards for the hell of it to do a close up of himself?

In the Passage Part I when the guy is rolling the "dead" Syd into the morgue you can see a straw sticking out of the body bag so she can breathe.
Noticed by KRock94. Thanks! : )
In one of the episodes Irina mentions that she would like a pillow to sleep on, but in an earlier episode (salvation) there is a clear shor of her sleeping on a pillow.
Noticed by shimmerisle. Thanks! : )
This only happens for a second in "The Passage Part II" when Vaughn is gallantly picking up the Bristows: After Vaughn slides the helicopter door shut, there is a reflection of a camera and camera man.
Noticed by Nic. Thanks! : )
I discovered a mistake is episode 7, Counteragent. When Sydney is drawing blood from Vaughn they first show her with her hair pulled behind her ear. Then the go to Vaughn, then back to Syd several times. Just about every time that they go to Sydney, her hair is different. One time it's behind her ear, the next time it's down, and it didn't fall because she couldn't have put it back up that quickly when she was holding Vaughn's hand. ;)
Noticed by Cory. Thanks! : )
In "Passage, Part I," when Dixon and Zolokov, disguised as Uzbek soldiers, deliver Sydney's body to the morgue, she is disguised to look dead, complete with pasty white makeup. Notice how her color returns to normal as she searches the morgue for the man's body.
Noticed by Lisa. Thanks! : )
In the beginning of "Counteragent," Vaughn wraps his fingertips with bandages-- on both hands. When Sydney comes to the hospital to take his blood, on his left hand he still has bandages on his fingertips, yet when his right hand comes to squeeze Sydney's hand it has no bandages.
Noticed by Nic. Thanks! : )
In counteragent or salvation (i think it was counteragent) when vaughn was standing over the sink at the beginning of the show, he had a tattoo. If you're in the CIA you can't have any reconizible marks, that includes tattoos.
Noticed by ALIAS FrEaK. Thanks! : )
In The Counteragent, Vaughn goes to visit Irina in her cell. When she starts talking to him, she's sitting on the floor. A second later, they cut to Vaughn. The next shot shows Irina getting up off the metal bed dealie, when she should still be sitting on the floor. Oh well.
Noticed by Nina. Thanks! : )
In the part where will is looking up those questions for vaughn [Salvation]...he contacts one of his old newspaper buddies. when she delivers it...she talks about one of the questions thats supposed to be about spacial reasoning. the question was how can u see a rainbow when the observer is behind the sun. now...in another scene....where will goes to that guy who made up the test....he looks through it and says how can u see a rainbow when the sun is behind the observer? slip of the tongue?? mayYbe...

I caught [a blooper] today for Counteragent. In the beginning Vaughn is shaving with his non-razor razor (that's okay Vaughn, we love your stubble just as is ) and notices his fingernails bleeding. Ewwwe. He has shaving cream all over his face. The next camera scene shows Vaughn immediately opening the medicine chest for Band-Aids. That Vaughn is amazing. The nanosecond between noticing he was not long for this world and reaching for Band-Aids, he cleared his face of shaving cream.

Okay, right when it first shows Sydney and Vaughn [In Salvation, 2.06] while they're waiting for their medical test results, it shows Sydney a couple of times with a silver watch or bracelet. A couple of clips later, it shows her (she hasn't moved at all) and the watch/bracelet piece o' hud is gone! HA! I enjoyed it. Do you think ABC is aware of all of these mistakes in Alias? I thought JJ was supposed to be really on top of things...

[...]when she's running and makes her deaddrop in the park [Salvation 2.6], she doesn't have that jacket she has on when she's at Francie's restaurant with Will.
Noticed by Crunk. Thanks! : )
[...] if you watch the scene in Salvation where the doctor come in and tells Sydney she's allright to leave, she only puts on one boot. I'm not saying theres anything wrong with sleeping with one boot on, but come on!

Do you remember when Syd and Jack are on the mission in Geneva and the guy infected with the virus grabs Syd's hand? Well, Jack says he will increase the morphine? He didn't press on the right button, what he increased if you look right (and I know because I use those electronic iMed everyday since I'm a nurse) Jack increased only the quantity of morphine to receive, like the bag is 100cc and he put 400cc. It stayed on 40 cc/h anyway, so the guy didn't get more per hour, so he wasn't supposed to pass out. LOL! Big mistake, they really should have medical advisor on the set. But it was funny because I saw it right away.
Noticed by Anna. Thanks! : )
As I was watching " Salvation" I noticed a tiny blooper or well a mistake. When Syd and her father walk into the hospital in Swisserland her wig is blonde and then when she is about to go into surgery her hair is brown, its natural color, which is kind of weird.
Noticed by freelancer1. Thanks! : )
In the final scene [Salvation 2.6], Vaughn is in the bathroom shaving, but the stubble remains even after he has "shaved" in a certain area. You know, when I shave, I like to actually have a blade in my razor so that it actually removes hair like it's supposed to. . .

In Season 2 Episode 5 "The Indicator," in the scene in Vienna when the Triad kills Neil Haders (?), the left window of his car is rolled all the way up. When the Triad starts shooting at his car, they clearly shot multiple times at the window. Yet when they were done, the window was still rolled up without a single bullet hole. Then, when the Triad drives off, they throw a grenade into the car, through the window which is now rolled down. Oops! Guess they forgot about that.
Noticed by AliasALIAS. Thanks! : )
In the first scene [of "Salvation", ep 2.6] on the roof with Vaughn, Syd is wearing a beige shirt, black pants and a black jacket, and her hair is up. In the next scene, she's at SD-6 and wearing a black sleeveless mock-turtleneck dress with her hair down. Then she's at the Not!CIA offices, in the rooftop outfit again.
Noticed by Souris, Vartan Ho #4. Thanks! : )
In Episode 2.05 (The Indicator), when Sydney breaks into the Triad building in Budapest, she's picking the lock on the door into the viewing room for the 16 next-gen weapons while Dixon is running surveillance from the van. He warns her that she has company, in the form of two guards on her left. Anyone with any sense of direction can see that the guards are approaching from her right.

In 204 - cipher, when syd's underwater, she grabs the scuba guy's oxygen and her headband comes off (click). In the next shot, it's on again (click).

Blooper for "Dead Drop!" When Syd is in Moscow, she takes off her "buckle phone" to call Vaughn for help. Yet after she escapes, she's still talking to Vaughn -- but her "buckle phone" is back on her belt.

In "The Enemy Walks In", Sydney has to enter a three digit code on the phone to get in to see her mother. The second time she goes to see her, she punches in four numbers. In the same episode, Vaughn tells Sydney that she doesn't know how it feels to be sitting across from her (her mother) but he never sat down when he talked to her!
Noticed by Lindie, Vartan Ho #426. Thanks! : )
In Episode [3] (Cipher) the part where Sydney's briefcase opens out into the super luge, she goes through the tunnel and reaches the satellite, climbs off the luge and goes up that ladder, crosses the platform and switches the circuit board . Then she returns to the luge and jumps on and takes off. Only problem is that when she got off the luge earlier, it was pointed in one direction and when she returned, the luge was turned around for her to leave. When it showed her get off of it earlier, she did not turn it around, so who did? Also, I would think that if a person is riding 120 or more miles per hour on a luge, the skin on their face would be all shoved around, at least I know mine would!

In Episode 2.01 "The Enemy Walks In," Syd rescues Vaughn thanks to massive hypodermic needle from the clutches of evil dissection man Khasinau. He is sporting his ever-so-sexy five-o-clock-shadow stubble. Let's give the show the benefit of the doubt and figure, oh it's been only three days since Vaughn went missing in Taipei. I'm guessing closer to a week, but hey that really doesn't matter TOO much. If you will refer back to episode 1.22, Vaughn was already quite stubbly in the fetish club in Taipei, if not more so than when he was rescued. Unless Khasinau is bizarre enough to shave his semi-cadavers every now and then, or Vaughn has some serious hair growth issues we don't know about, he should have been downright furry by the time Syd found him in Cape Ferrat. Or at least MORE stubbly than he had been before.

In the portion of the scene with Sydney (in her blue wig) chained to the chair, last year the blood dripping down from the left side of her mouth appeared to go all the way from the corner of her mouth to down her chin. However, this year in the new scenes with Syd in the blue wig the dripping blood doesn't go nearly as far down her chin and she couldn't have wiped at the blood as her hands are chained to the chair.

I caught a tiny blooper in "Trust Me" (Season 2, Episode 2). When Vaughn visits Irina in the prision, Vaughn is clearly *standing* throughout the entire confrontation. Later on when he is talking to Sydney, he tells her that "it's hard to explain, what it feels like - *sitting* across from her..." Well, Vaughn I guess it *is* hard to explain since you don't really know what *sitting* across from Irina is like. ;)

This may sound a little picky but if you notice Syd's blue wig, its in adifferent place in the newer clips than it was in the clips from season 1. You would think, of all things that they would try and get this right. In the clips from season 1, the hairline looks as though it could actually beher hairline w/ dyed blue hair. But in the season 2 clips of Syd sittingin the chair, the wig is too far forward which makes it look just a little off. I know its hard to get things right but they at least could have putthe wig on right! :)

It's season 2, but they're still not paying attention. In the beginning of episode 2.01 (The Enemy Walks In) Syd is sporting her blue wig which has a strange tendency to change from having the ends curled under to looking like she's been caught in a wind storm.
Also, when Vaughn is on the table ready to be sawed open (yikes), Khasinau swabs what appears to be antiseptic on his chest. Guess what isn't there when Syd shoots him with adrenaline? Don't they pay people to check for this stuff? I'm sending in my resume...
