"notice when sydney was writing her mission from sd6 on the brown paper bag - when the camera did a close up on the paper bag, the mission was already written down until the last sentence. the thing is: sydney was still writing on the second to the last line."

In 1.12 (The Box, Part 1), after Sydney gets all alpha-female on Chen when he won't tell Cole "everything's cool" over his walkie-talkie, they show an exterior shot of Sydney's apartment before going inside to show Will having a conversation with Francie about David McNeil. One problem - Sydney's burgundy LandCruiser is parked right outside in front, while the viewers know that Sydney is at SD-6, her car is parked in the garage, where it has just been felt-up by a protocol-breaking Agent Vaughn. (Wouldn't you like to be her car?)
Noticed by Lindie, Vartan Ho #426. Thanks!
In The Box, Part 1 (1.12), when the security guards first notice that Cole's men have cut one of the camera lines in the parking garage, they refer to it as the offsite garage. It has an elevator that goes straight up (or probably down, since SD-6 is in the sub-basement of the credit dauphine building) into the scanning room, how much more ONSITE can you be?
Also, when Jack and Sydney get into the elevator when arguing about her mother and Sydney wanting to quit, the elevator bay has 2 elevators to choose from. SD-6 only has one elevator.
Noticed by MPixie. Thanks!
In the first episode (Truth Be Told), The door connecting the white "scan room" to SD-6 opens on the left. In all other episodes, it opens on the right!
Noticed by Missy. Thanks!
In The Box, part one, after the hug scene with Vaughn and Syd, the camera breaks to the outside of Credit Dauphine. Inside, QT and his bad-ass crew are getting ready to break into SD-6. It's daylight. There's a few additional scenes with Will at the office with Jenny, Vaughn and Syd still in the warehouse discussing hockey, a scene with Syd arriving at SD-6 and Jack chasing after her....it's all day light. We break to opening sequence and credits and when we return the first shot is a city scape of LA and it's dark. However, we go back to Will's office and it's day light....same thing at the CIA. However, all the city scape scenes mingled throughout this are of night. Obviously, the editing department was on vacation.

In Episode 1.01 (Truth Be Told), at the very end of the garage fight scene, Sydney kicks evil security section man's head through the car window. There is a shot of her staring down at his unconscious body while tires are squealing in the background (which we know to be Spy Daddy en route to rescue her and subsequently turn her world upsidedown). They show a close-up of Sydney's panicked face, and if you pay attention super fast at the beginning of the semi-camera panning shot, you can tell that in her right hand at the very edge of the screen, Sydney is holding the security section man's gun and pointing it (much like she does about 10 seconds later when Jack pulls up and she asks incredulously "DADDY?!?!"). Problem is, she hasn't picked the gun up off the ground yet.
Noticed by Lindie, Vartan Ho #426. Thanks!
In Episode 1.01 (Truth Be Told), Sydney goes to steal the Mueller device from Taipei to regain Sloane's trust and avoid assassination. After she has handcuffed Suit and Glasses to the chair, and beaten up the Taiwanese guards with the broom handle, she grabs a pair of handguns and runs to the lab. En route to the lab, we see security guards speaking furiously into their walki-talkies after seeing Sydney go running down a hallway on a grainy black and white monitor. If you are watching carefully, you can see that she has a sheet wrapped bundle underneath her right arm, which is what she has wrapped the Mueller device in after stealing it out of the lab and subsequently blowing it up. Only one problem - she hasn't yet gotten to the lab.
In Episode 1.01, during the garage fight scene, if you pay attention to the aisle numbers on the support columns, the fight and car chase seems to variate between floors C and D somewhat sporadically, but we never see anyone actually go up or down a ramp or stairs to a different level.
Noticed by Lindie, Vartan Ho #426. Thanks!
In "The Box Part II", we can see Sydney crawling in the vent ducts. When she's "fishing" in Marshall's office (you know what I mean) and she gets something that she'll use later to rescue her co-workers, she pulls the thread up and takes the thing with her left hand, while she pulls the thread down again with her left hand. In the next shot, which is supposed to continue the previous one but from a different angle, we can see her pulling the thread down... with both hands!
Noticed by Anabella, Vartan Ho #566. Thanks!
In Episode 1.20 (The Solution), Will gives his story to Abby in case something happens to him. When he first approaches her, she is typing at her computer, listening to the radio, and she gets all indignant when he turns up the radio so if there's anyone listening in they won't hear what he's whispering in her ear, much like the Sydney and Danny in the shower with the radio turned up in 1.01 (Truth Be Told). One problem: Abby's wearing HEADPHONES.

Sloane tells Sydney and Dixon that they are tracking Sark since he left the club in Paris due to a radioactive isotope in the wine and that Sark is currently on a transatlantic flight (meaning across the ocean). Later, when Sloane is outside Emily's hospital room, he gets a call telling him that Sark has landed in Geneva (which is in Switzerland). The last time I checked, it doesn't require a transatlantic flight to get from Paris to Geneva.

In Episode 1.01 (Truth Be Told), Sydney is wearing a little white tee shirt
with a red button up over it, buttoned on the second button throughout the
garage fight scene with evil security section man with laser-sight gun. But
towards the beginning of the fight, when they successively block several
punches from each other, her shirt is completely unbuttoned. She punches
him in the back, then he kicks her in the stomach, and in that very next
frontal view her shirt is back and buttoned where it belongs.

In episode 1.20 "The Solution," Sydney and Vaughn engineer the
Algeria mission and run it past Devlin, mentioning that the scenario
will work because Khasinau believes that the first ampule is still at
SD-6 after the unsuccessful break in led by Cole. After 1.22 "Almost
Thirty Years," we know that Khasinau had a mole in CIA Steven
Haladki, who surely would've pased on the information regarding how
Vaughn and his "Extraction Teams R-Us" buddies foiled that attempt,
meaning Khasinau would have known that the CIA, and not SD-6, had the
ampule. As he would have therefore known that the CIA was on his
tail, and that they had the first ampule, he probably wouldn't have
been quite so open to arranging a meeting for his right-hand-man Sark
with so little backup and without further investigation.
Noticed by Lindie, Vartan Ho #426. Thanks! : )
In Almost Thirty Years, Vaughn tells Sydney that she only has ten seconds to cross to the lab before the system resets itself. After running down two hallways, beating the crap outta two guards (which took way longer than ten seconds, by the way), she stops to stare at the door for about five seconds in wonder. I think Little Miss Super Spy would've been stuck and not in the lab before her ten seconds were up.
Noticed by Lindie, Vartan Ho #426. Thanks! : )
In 1.22 Almost Thirty Years, when Vaughn has just possibly drowned behind the waterproof door, and Sydney has elbowed one Taiwanese guard as is staring up at the door with a look of horror on her face, she is struck across the right side of her face by the butt of a gun. When she awakens, handcuffed to a chair, she has a trickle of blood, running out of the left corner of her mouth.

In Episode One, Sydney drives a red extended-cab Ford F-150, and we also see a second car, and older model bigass SUV (possibly Danny's car? Maybe just a second car? Who knows?) that is a greenish-grey color. From Episode Two on through the rest of the season, Sydney appears to be driving this same second car, except that it is now a dark burgundy.
Noticed by MPixie. Thanks!
In episode 11 (The Confession) when Sydney is in the weapon silo locked in, the code to get out is 766153, a 6 digits code. To get out Sydney only types in a 5 digit code.

In the Box Part 2, Sydney fashions a pair of pliers to get the pins out of the metal sheets covering the room to the C-4 charges. She ends up cutting a video feed wire and alerts the terrorists of her whereabouts. It takes too long, and she ends up using the fire-extinguisher. But why would she need to make pliers when she had grabbed a whole sack full just a few minutes before in the room her father and she were hiding in? We clearly see her grab like 3 pairs of wire cutters and pliers!

In "Parity", Syd goes to Madrid to steal a case containing a Rambaldi sketch
from a party at a car museum. However, when she's talking to Vaughn about
the mission, she tells him to have the station chief in *Barcelona* get
ready for a dead-drop. Unless the CIA doesn't have anybody in Madrid and
they needed to get somebody from the next-closest city, seems like a
blooper to me!

In "Mea Culpa" when Syd is climbing back up the tunnel to get to
Dixon she is weaing a small knapsack. when she climbs out of the
tunnel she turns and you see that it is no longer there!
